Who can Refer?
A child or the family can be referred by Paediatrician, Health Visitor, Physiotherapist, Portage Worker, Early Years Practitioners, GP, etc….
Families can also self-refer by phoning or writing to the Centre to request a service or home visit.
During the home visit the Manager or Family Worker will:

Determine if the family would like to access any of the services within the centre and which of those services would be suitable.

Language delay
Autism

Downs syndrome
Medical conditions
Visual impairment
Hearing impairment
Cerebral palsy

Plus any other special need or disability, including those children who have no diagnosis.
