The Centre holds a Support Group for parents on Mondays between 1.00 and 3.00pm. 

This is an opportunity for parents/carers to relax in the comfortable Family Room while their child is safely cared for in a creche downstairs in the Playroom.  Parents and carers can meet others for support and friendship, whilst sharing the same emotional issues, and exchange ideas and information.  It is a time to relax and unwind with a cup of tea or coffee and a slice of cake. 

Occasionally speakers will come to the group to give an informal talk on topics the parents and carers have asked for more information on.

The Support Group costs £1.50 per adult and there is a charge of £2.00 for the creche.
